Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the CEO of a marketing firm based in Washington DC. We provide complete digital marketing services like SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and such for Startups and Small Businesses.

For what projects/services did your company hire Pinakin InfoTech?
We started out in 2020 and we needed a company website for our firm. We were looking for an affordable but reliable development firm for our website and Pinakin Infotech seemed like a good fit.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We viewed a few potential partners on Clutch and narrowed them down based on their portfolios. We reached out to Pinakin Infotech for an estimated quote. Their pricing and timing worked out well for us, so we decided to hire them.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
Our project was to build a responsive company website that would display our services and portfolio as well as allow prospective clients to get in touch with us. The execution was fairly smooth. After a few rounds of discussion, they created an initial wireframe which, based on our agreements, was iterated into a final version.
Their amazing design team converted the wireframe into an awesome design, which after our approval, was sent into development. The site was mainly built using HTML and CSS, and was ready within a few months. The overall experience was smooth and we are very happy with the final product.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A total of 4 resources worked on our website. A B.A for the wireframe, a UI designer, and 2 developers.

Their design and development process was really quick but also effective. Our website was ready in no time and we could tell it would help our business immensely

Everyone on their team, from the project manager to the developers, was extremely friendly and smart. Overall communication between our team and theirs was smooth and we never faced any kind of delay or inconvenience while the project was in progress.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
At first, I was skeptical about the project given that they had a fairly small team. There was a good chance that these guys weren’t as skilled as some of the other medium or large-sized firms or lacked the experience for a demanding project like ours.
But I was pleasantly surprised by their expertise and the quality of the final product. In terms of execution, they were very responsive and I can confidently state that all of our feedback and suggestions were thoroughly considered and incorporated. All things said and done, hiring them was a great decision.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As far as our project is considered, they did a great job and we are very happy with the website. It looks like the teams know what they are doing and are great at it. No Improvements or suggestions from my end.
