Our Story

Phili Digital is a Toronto software development and strategic consulting firm built for creative agencies. Agencies win projects that need more than design: websites with custom functionality, booking and registration flows, client portals, web apps and digital products. Many don’t have developers in-house. We become their engineering team, working entirely behind the agency’s brand so they stay the face to their client. We don’t just take finished designs and code them. We help agencies scope.

What Sets Us Apart

Built for agencies, invisible to clients

We work entirely behind your brand. NDAs and IP assignment come standard, we never contact your client unless you ask, and everything we build is delivered as your agency’s work. You keep the relationship and the credit. We handle the engineering.

We help decide what to build

Most dev shops wait for a finished spec. We help you scope the solution, recommend the right technical approach and flag risks early, so you can quote client projects with confidence before a line of code is written.

Founders on every project

You work directly with the founders and the engineers building your project, not an account manager. Questions get answered by the people doing the work, and nothing gets lost in handoffs.

Commonly Asked Questions

Onboarding is quick and built around how agencies already work. 1. Intro call (30 minutes): We learn about your agency, your clients and the project on the table. 2. Scoping session: We review the brief, designs and goals with your team, then recommend a technical approach and flag risks early. 3. Proposal: Within a few days you get a written scope, timeline and fixed quote you can confidently price to your client. 4. Paperwork: We sign your NDA or ours, plus a services agreement that assigns all IP to your agency or its client. 5. Kickoff: We join your communication channels, set up access to code and tools, agree on milestones and name one point of contact. From there, you get weekly status updates and a working first milestone early, so you can show progress to your client. For new partners, we’re happy to start with a small paid pilot so you can see how we work before committing to a larger build.
