Perspective Design was tasked with defining the Gradient brand and delivering a comprehensive UI/UX design for our platform. Their work spanned both web and mobile applications, ensuring consistency and a modern, user-centric approach. Key deliverables included:

Delivery of over 50 high-fidelity Figma screens across web and mobile platforms, covering all primary user flows and secondary interactions.
Interactive prototypes that enabled effective stakeholder buy-in and expedited the development process.

User testing of the prototypes showed positive feedback, with 90% of participants finding the design intuitive and easy to navigate.

Overall, Perspective Design offered excellent value. I would say that utilizing a more formal set of tools for project management that allows for clients to monitor resource usage and timelines would be an added plus. This is particularly true for larger-scale development projects for new product development / launches.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are still yet to publish the revamped branding and digital presnece due to delays in the implementation of new branding within our software and products (due to internal delays not perspective) However, every person we show the new branding and website to agrees that it is a significant upgrade from previous.

The Perspective Design team was invaluable.

Edwin was brilliant, over delivered and was always more than happy to go above and beyond. Communication was regular clear and concise. Any issues were immediately acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner.

From the initial proposal through to final delivery the service was impeccible.

The team at perspective continually showed their drive to exceed our expectations at every turn. Edwin and Nadine were alwayswelcoming of feedback and more than happy to adjust and ammend designs to align with our vision and realise our objectives.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Perspective Design could have done differently?

Occasionally there were some issues with attention to detail when adding copy to the website, however this was resolved quickly once the team was made aware.

We had a main goal of rebuilding the website, for which we also needed to full rebrand and redesign the logo and branding elements such as colours and icons. We received several iterations of the logo designs, including several colour variations. After selecting the logo we loved, we received a folder with all the logo and branding files in different formats, as well as a branding guideline document.

For the website, we received wireframes which Perspective Design was happy to alter according to our needs. After the wireframes, we received the full website in a testing environment, which was then transferred to production after some tweaks.

Perspective Design took us from 0 to 10! the key deliverables from this collaboration include a brand strategy document, logo in various formats, color palette and typography guide, and a comprehensive brand style guide for brand design.
Website design deliverables feature a full set of designed pages, interaction design elements, content integration plan, and documentation for SEO and accessibility compliance. This holistic approach ensures that the brand and website are not only visually appealing but also provide an excellent user experience.

The clearest metric was the conversion rate from our website traffic to our SaaS.
