Each of our service operators' work from sophisticated computer stations that instantly display a complete text of information about your account, listing all of the instructions and procedures that you would like us to follow during our transactions with your clients. Messages are typed into the system and retrieval is fully automated, with each being displayed on the computer screen, eliminating the possibility of a "misfiled" message. Additionally, all conversations are electronically transcribed, and our system has its own power pack and generator, allowing for uninterrupted operation during any type of power disruption.
