What challenge were you trying to address with Perfect e Solutions?

We didn’t have in-house internet expertise, so we needed someone who could help us and make changes quickly to our website whenever needed.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We use Perfect e Solutions on an as-needed basis, so they’re not working with us all the time. They created our website at the start of our engagement. I contact them for specific jobs and tasks, including creating new pages, backgrounds, and various other website updates. 

What is the team composition?

I mainly interact with one person.

How did you come to work with Perfect e Solutions?

I’m not sure of how we came to find them since it wasn’t very recent. 

How much have you invested with them?

Since we’re a charity, I believe they offer us a lower cost than what they’d normally charge. We’ve spent around $5,000, so far. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in 2013.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve received a lot of great feedback on how much people like the website. They remark on how easy it is to navigate and find items, so that’s really appreciated. We’d love to use them even more than we do if we had the funds. 

How did Perfect e Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We mostly communicate through email. We share PDFs and Word documents to check progress. They keep us updated on everything they’re developing, including website pages and other features. There is a significant time difference between us, but they’re responsive day and night. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re prompt and get started immediately, delivering work within days whereas other companies would take weeks. They’ve been really communicative, which is very helpful considering the location and time differences. 

Their care and attention to detail also make them great. If the work isn’t entirely what I want, they’ll redo it for me and incorporate my feedback. Their expertise shows because they know what they’re doing. Overall, they’re just very easy to work with. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there’s nothing I can think of for them to improve. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

When you’re working with any company, you should be really clear about your request. Do as much work beforehand so it’s clear in your mind what you need.

I knew I had to outsource some work because I was lacking time.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They’ve done some custom WordPress work for me on my existing site and a few of my clients. This includes site maintenance and responses. We’ve worked together a few times now, so I know exactly what information I need to provide for them to get it done.

What is the team composition?

I worked directly with one person.

How did you come to work with Perfect e Solutions?

I found them online and selected them because they had good reviews. We clicked straight away.

How much have you invested with them?

I’ve spent $2,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in 2016, and our last job ended in 2018. Although, if I had more projects, I’d reach out again.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Both my clients and I are happy with the results and are getting good conversions. I keep going back to them, so if I wasn’t happy with their work, I’d find another partner. I know the quality of the work they produce and would happily recommend them.

How did Perfect e Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We chat online. Usually, I upload files and tell them what they need, and they get it done. Overall, it’s pretty streamlined. They're very responsive. Normally, he will give a timeline and he normally comes in under that.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their patience and understanding of what I’m trying to achieve. When I needed them to change something, I just let them know and they’d do it without a problem

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, not really. I’ve never had an issue with it.

You need to have an outline of what you trying to achieve, because if you don't, you're just wasting your time and their time.

We’re an online beauty-on-demand business. Our app connects clients to beauty freelancers who go to their houses, hotels, and other locations.

What challenge were you trying to address with Perfect e Solutions?

My goal was to get the best design for our web app. I’d worked with a few providers before finding Perfect e Solutions.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Perfect e Solutions designed our app. We started off by giving them a description of what we wanted, and they came back the next day with a couple of design samples. 

Right now, they’re changing the site’s homepage and redesigning the signup form. They’ve already changed the promotional page, but it isn’t live yet.

What is the team composition?

I mostly talked to Vikram (Founder, Perfect e Solutions). 

How did you come to work with Perfect e Solutions?

I found them on Upwork, which I’d used for other freelance jobs. I read most of their reviews and looked at their ratings. Their portfolio work was good.

How much have you invested with them?

The total so far is at least $5,000, or a bit more. For the homepage, signup form, and promotional page redesign, I paid them $500–$600. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in November 2018, and we’re still working together.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I didn’t like the designs that other people I’d hired from India had done. I’m from Canada, and design is different here. With Perfect e Solutions, their design is trendy, user-friendly, and up-to-date. They understand SEO, and they make SEO-friendly designs. They’re quite knowledgeable, and they’re amazing at converting designs into HTML. My developer has no problem with it. They’ve done a good job.

How did Perfect e Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

We use Google Sheets for scheduling, and we have calls through Skype and phone. They’re always available, and communication is amazing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their name suits them; they offer perfect solutions. I just told them what kind of design I needed and for what, and they came back with a perfect solution. I also like that they’re very creative.

I can’t think of anything.

I don’t have an eye for graphical web design and needed someone to help me.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Perfect e Solutions designs WordPress websites. They specialize in WordPress frontend development, and I believe they’re qualified to do backend as well. The first project I gave them was to design a landing page for a long-term client that distributes building permits. I give them at least 20–30 hours a month. 

What is the team composition?

I have one point of contact, and he has a team. I prefer to talk with one person. He’s very open.

How did you come to work with Perfect e Solutions?

I scouted Upwork for the right candidate. Perfect e Solutions was the perfect match for me, and they had a good rate as well.

I’ve spent less than $5,000.

We started working together in November 2018, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first landing page they built has a very high conversion rate of over 5%. That conversion rate is measured through people contacting my client via email, phone, or contact form. We measured everything on the website, and we were really happy with the job they did.

Perfect e Solutions gives my customers so much value. They’re really good at solving technical issues on websites and making sure that the sites are fast and optimized. They also ensure that the client-side rendering speed is top-notch, since Google cares about page speed.

How did Perfect e Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything is smooth. We mostly use Google Sheets and Skype. We also use Loom, which is super good.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a very comprehensive WordPress web design agency, and they run a smooth and super professional operation. Everything works. They’re flexible and always available when we call, even on weekends. Their rates are good.

Are there any areas they could improve?

There are always going to be communication errors because I’m not a native English speaker, and neither are they. It’d be easier from a communicative perspective to deal with a Swedish web designer, but their English language skills are really good.
