I’m the COO of Musiayar LLC, a company involved in the technical side of real estate. We help realtors make closing more efficient.

We needed to develop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?
Peiko has helped me develop my website and design the prototype of my product. We’re only a startup, so we didn’t have anything to start off with. Thus, it all started with a simple interview where I told them my ideas and some concepts I had written down. They helped me put my ideas together before creating my site and prototype, using Figma to create the UI designs.
What is the team composition?
I work directly with two people from Peiko: a team lead and a business development manager.
How did you come to work with Peiko?
We found Peiko while looking for the best blockchain companies. We reached out to them and three other companies, but Peiko’s process was better. They were very communicative and ensured to ask the right questions.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent around $2,000 so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in March 2022, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
So far, Peiko has been very reliable and willing to work with us to meet our expectations; they excel at expectation management.
How did Peiko perform from a project management standpoint?
Peiko offers excellent communication and asks great questions; I would give them the highest rating in that regard. They haven’t gone over budget, and they’ve actually reduced the price a little bit. Additionally, they’ve met the deadlines. We communicate via Skype, phone calls, and WhatsApp.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Peiko’s strong point is their discovery process.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Not really; they’ve been great so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have a written blueprint of your project and explain in detail what you need to be done. Be thorough in explaining each function and design specifications. The more information you can provide them with, the better.
