They quickly develop a functionality that help us to pass a new digital govermental complience. We really had a short timeframe and happy, that we did it. If was a functionality, where we can upload a huge excel with shipment details and this program should scarp it, fit to the customs standarts and send them. After we should go through the digital acceptance process. 

We had an old legacy system and decided to add functionality for online shipments creation fron different countries. You need to fill all needed information and then we have our own process. All shipments should be delivered to our local neares storage and system should see all the created details.

Well, we did it! We passed all company rules and successfully delivered our shipments. Now we successfully working with any problems. The timeframe was really tight and 2 developers before Paiko already failed to perform. So it's really a good sign, that they found a solution that allowed us to work.

Yes, they did. They really tried to solve our problem and answer even at non-working hours because our situation was urgent. They had a project manager and business manager (second one hours didn't billed), who helped us finish our functionality.

Speed, desire to understand you and then fit the needs and proffesionalism. As I said before, 2 developers already failed before, so I'm happy, that we found those who finally did the work well.

Pricing for our local market is a little bit higher that average but comparing to other countries it is really nice.

Our in-house team initially led the brainstorming phase, collaborating with Peiko to assess project feasibility. Peiko took charge of the frontend/backend development, design, and UI/UX aspects. Upon handing over our design concept and requirements, Peiko had the flexibility to refine the visuals and enhance site responsiveness. 

Leveraging core web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with frameworks like React, they effectively built our website. Their expertise extended to blockchain technology, demonstrated by their implementation of smart contracts and the creation of a custom crypto wallet tailored to our platform. Peiko showcased a deep understanding of blockchain and cryptocurrency, offering valuable insights on technology selection and best practices.

We have successfully achieved our production time and quality goals. While I've collaborated with numerous freelance developers and digital studios in the past, working with Peiko has been a distinctive experience that surpasses my expectations. In projects of this nature, precision is paramount, and unless explicitly outlined in the scope, certain aspects may be overlooked.

What challenge were you trying to address with Peiko?

We needed help with web development. We had an idea of what we wanted, but we didn't have the internal resources within our team and needed to get our website professionally done.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Peiko helped us develop an investment platform for our investors from scratch. Our main goal was to create a safe product that would be easy to use for our partners and simultaneously provide all the necessary investment tools.

The site has basic log-in and log-out features and an admin panel that allows us to interact with investors and manage the platform. It's also reliable enough to let us pay through the most convenient payment methods for investors. In addition, the site has many levels of security, which is very important for us because our investors and partners can receive statistics on their investment portfolio from each investment.

What is the team composition?

We work with around ten members of their team, including a designer, developers, managers, a QA specialist, a DevOps specialist, and a team lead.

How did you come to work with Peiko?

We found them online, and after looking at their website, we realized that they had an excellent experience, and we knew they understood our idea well. We chose them because they demonstrated the work that they've done, and we understood that they're a team of professionals in their business sector.

We began working with them in July 2022, and the engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The early results we've seen are awesome; we like that the platform is easy to connect and user-friendly. We have the platform's beta version, our investors have confirmed its high quality, and Peiko's team is constantly working on updates to improve it. In addition, the system's quality and the level of security show very good results.

How did Peiko perform from a project management standpoint?

We have had daily communication, and they regularly provide us with progress reports. I'm always updated with what they're doing, what they've done, and what their team plans on doing — from my standpoint, they're perfect with project management.

Regarding tools, we use Zoom, Figma, Google Meet, and Telegram — they're very responsive.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They've fully met our expectations, and I hope we can continue the partnership with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. They keep on growing with each one of their projects, and I see them as leaders in their field in the future.

If you need an experienced team of blockchain developers, contact them. We had worked with other companies before, and it wasn't a good experience — we're glad we found Peiko.

Peiko has helped me develop my website and design the prototype of my product. We’re only a startup, so we didn’t have anything to start off with. Thus, it all started with a simple interview where I told them my ideas and some concepts I had written down. They helped me put my ideas together before creating my site and prototype, using Figma to create the UI designs.

So far, Peiko has been very reliable and willing to work with us to meet our expectations; they excel at expectation management.

Peiko offers excellent communication and asks great questions; I would give them the highest rating in that regard. They haven’t gone over budget, and they’ve actually reduced the price a little bit. Additionally, they’ve met the deadlines. We communicate via Skype, phone calls, and WhatsApp.

Have a written blueprint of your project and explain in detail what you need to be done. Be thorough in explaining each function and design specifications. The more information you can provide them with, the better.
