They quickly develop a functionality that help us to pass a new digital govermental complience. We really had a short timeframe and happy, that we did it. If was a functionality, where we can upload a huge excel with shipment details and this program should scarp it, fit to the customs standarts and send them. After we should go through the digital acceptance process.
We had an old legacy system and decided to add functionality for online shipments creation fron different countries. You need to fill all needed information and then we have our own process. All shipments should be delivered to our local neares storage and system should see all the created details.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Well, we did it! We passed all company rules and successfully delivered our shipments. Now we successfully working with any problems. The timeframe was really tight and 2 developers before Paiko already failed to perform. So it's really a good sign, that they found a solution that allowed us to work.

Yes, they did. They really tried to solve our problem and answer even at non-working hours because our situation was urgent. They had a project manager and business manager (second one hours didn't billed), who helped us finish our functionality.

Speed, desire to understand you and then fit the needs and proffesionalism. As I said before, 2 developers already failed before, so I'm happy, that we found those who finally did the work well.

Pricing for our local market is a little bit higher that average but comparing to other countries it is really nice.
