Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
I feel as though our requirements were not accurately scoped to start. Originally, he worked on Docusign templates, not Docusign Gen, and did not realize the error until we hopped on a call together. Thankfully, the mapping was transferable. However, we have encountered many roadblocks regarding testing, causing the work needed, time taken, and money required to expand beyond the initial scope of the proposed engagement.
In conclusion, I think the work they did was satisfactory, but the time and communication needed were larger than expected.
