I am the CEO of a company that provides local businesses with simple and effective rewards programs.

We wanted to have our native iOS app developed for Android. Our goal was to have a native Android app that matched the iOS app's user interface and experience as closely as possible for the Android platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We had close to 100 candidates when we began interviewing for this project. That list was quickly dwindled down because we needed professionals with the expertise and experience developing native mobile applications that integrate iBeacon and BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) technology.

Peaks Circle Software stood out immediately from the rest of the candidates in several respects. They possessed the deep expertise and experience we needed for the project. They were the easiest and most professional to work with during the interview process.

After their initial cost estimate, it became very apparent that we only wanted to move forward with the Peaks Circle Software team.

We began by scoping out and estimating the entire project based on the initial iOS app. We provided the Peaks Circle Software team with the iOS app source code to conduct the estimations and develop the Android port.

The iOS app was never fully completed while in development so the Peaks Circle Software team had to constantly adapt to our continual requirement changes throughout the project. The project consisted of 3 major stages.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Our project was developed over 3 major phases. The iOS app that the Android app was based on fundamentally changed during these phases so it called for Peaks Circle to readjust each time based on our changing requirements.

In the end, the team created an Android app that most closely matches our iOS app with the extraordinarily high standards that we set.

One of the great things about working with Peaks Circle Software is their flexibility and adaptability when it came to project management. We developed a system of management together that worked for us consisting of video and real-time demonstrations on both our end and theirs before work began and any deliverables were handed over.

This was in addition to using Slack and email to stay in communication. Everything was delivered in a timely manner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It was a great experience working with Pavel and the Peaks Circle team. The project they took on involved an understanding of iOS, Android, Bluetooth, and map technologies. I found them to be very capable of creating world-class software from start to finish.

They deliver results with an unparalleled level of service. They consistently went the extra mile until I was satisfied. They also provided excellent advice and feedback that we used to improve our iOS app.

None. Everything met and exceeded our expectations.

We wanted to develop a mobile app for our users to buy and sell resale fashion. We are a new startup, so our goals were to have a seamless and efficient new app for our customers.

We searched online for app developers globally and shortlisted a couple. We had an interview with them and they understood our needs and goals right away and were very easy to communicate with.

We had a series of discovery meetings to discuss our goals and the challenges we were currently facing in regards to development, and how they can help. We provided them with specific tasks they can help with and areas of our app where they can improve the functions and code. They listened to us intently and worked tirelessly until all tasks were completed.

One project manager and two developers (iOS and Android) were assigned to our project.

Peaks Circle Software really helped us in time of need. They assisted us with mobile development (both Android and iOS development). Their skills were professional and proficient on both iOS and Android. The team delivered everything in a timely and efficient manner and we couldn’t be more pleased with the end result.

The project manager was very easy to communicate with and provided frequent updates for us. Due to Covid, all our meetings were via Zoom, but there were no issues communicating with them. We had weekly meetings and they were always available to provide ad hoc updates as needed.

We were extremely impressed with their development skills. They have a great team with talent. They understood what we were looking for, and were able to work a challenging project and turn it into a success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

None - we are extremely satisfied with the services that Peak Circle Software provided to us. Without them, we wouldn't have had our great app!

I got a professional review of the code (that I get from the previous team) with suggestions and risks details. I got the estimate and timeline splitter by milestones. A professional approach was demonstrated from the first steps.
