    Fifteen years building partner ecosystems that actually generate revenue, from my roots in channel management at Motorola Solutions through senior alliance roles at Datalogic, APG, and Honeywell. At Honeywell I grew into a dual product and partnerships role, building a $35M co-sell pipeline and launching new SaaS models. Now I'm also running Partner Velocity, fractional partnership consulting for tech companies ready to scale.
