We needed someone to build our website.

They provided different samples to design and developed our website, building it from an existing code.

I posted an ad on Fiverr and Facebook, and we found them.

We spent around 35,000 Pakistani rupees (approximately $200 USD) with them. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in May 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’re happy with them. We haven’t generated any traffic yet, but we’re satisfied with the website.

How did PARASOL Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

The work was done before the deadline we established — they were dedicated to that. In terms of communication, we used WhatsApp and phone calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They had a passion for their work — they were engaged, dedicated, and interested.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should include services like SEO for the price of the website. They didn’t provide any services like that, but we weren’t expecting it either.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should build your website from scratch rather than on existing code as we did. Also, provide proper documentation on what you want.
