What was the scope of their involvement?

Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency has developed our website and created our branding guidelines. They’re one of the first contractors we’ve worked with, so they’ve helped us with several services. 

The first assignment we gave to Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency was building a website, which they’ve designed and developed. Our site is based in WooCommerce, and Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency has set up all the site’s analytics. They also manage our site’s maintenance and security.

Moreover, Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency has created our company’s branding, including our logo. They’ve also managed our first social media marketing (SMM) campaign in 2022. After that, we’ve started a management contract with Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency, where they help me manage the company's business side, from sales to brand promotion.

Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency manages our marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, the platforms where we’re most active.

Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency has helped us increase our web traffic and sales. We’ve also seen improvements in our social media marketing campaigns. When we have an active marketing campaign, our sales increase by at least 50%. 

Our startup is only a year old, and these are excellent results. We put a lot of effort into building our website and brand identity and are seeing good results. 

How did Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

We’ve discussed our strategy from the beginning of our engagement with Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency. We use task trackers to track all sprints, and we also have a Microsoft SharePoint list that allows us to register all tasks and mark them when completed. 

Our communication with Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency is flexible since we use phone calls, email, and Microsoft Teams groups.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m most impressed with Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency’s agility in web design and analytics since they’re a small company like ours. Branding awareness and visual identity are among Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency’s greatest strengths as a company too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency could improve their project management. We already know each other, and Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency is aware of my expectations. I believe projects could be taken over with more flexibility, although I know that depends on the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with your contractor if you have these kinds of projects — don’t expect your contractor to do all the work. I also recommend having ongoing communication with Pand'or Digital Marketing Agency to ensure your project progresses agile and according to your timeline.
