I am the CEO, responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of the company, acting as the main point of communication between the board of directors and corporate operations and being the public face of the company. I’m also responsible to delegate management responsibilities to others regarding marketing strategies, accounting methods, technology and other areas.

A new one of a kind state of the art delivery service mobile application: - User iOS and Android - logistics iOS and Android - Full backend with complete control over assigning orders and following up deliveries as well as reporting systems.

What were your goals for this project?

To reach one million download in one year and to be the leading platform in the regions we provide as well as expand to neighboring regions.

How did you select this vendor?

Searching online we got in contact, e-mails lead to Skype calls. They were one of five other companies we were interested in. But there level of ETHICS and knowledge about this industry as well as communication led us to hire them.

We first started with brainstorming the idea on paper and then turning those ideas into designs and from designs to wireframes and then began with a demo app and began sharing the demo. We tested the logistics app with professional logistics services and got detailed review which helped us evolve.

What was the team composition?

We have one account manager, one project manager. Two iOS front end developers, two android front end developers. Two backend developers. One QA and diagnostics developer.

We received over 2 million downloads of our app in just one year !

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their communication skills is really good, they even have a team that works on Sunday ! The understand how to make a customer happy and the understand the essence of customer service.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was mind blown with their level of commitment. The Project manager was pregnant and up until the last minute she was emailing us and messaging us just before she went into labor. Many thanks to all their hard work and efforts.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of. It was a pleasant experience to say the least I wouldn’t change anything about it.
