I am the owner of an online interior lighting retailer. We sell interior design products: lamps, chandeliers, pendants, etc.
For what projects/services did your company hire Pageart, and what were your goals?
I hired Pageart to design and develop e-commerce PrestaShop for us. Our goal was to establish an online shop from scratch including implementation of various external moduls incl. payment or shipment features.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
I searched online for ecommerce developers and based on good recommendations I chose this vendor.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss the feasibility of the project. Next, the team provided us with mock-ups for our online shop and we worked further on design and usibilities. After the few iterations our Presta shop was successfully established.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
A project manager in the person of Pageart's owner was the key contact. There were also a developer and a graphic designer working in background of the project. In total 3 people.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
After launching our shop we were were pleased with its modern design recommended by the team and all features worked as it should.

We had periodic meetings online with the project manager who has then passed the work to the team. We used Trello to systematize our work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The most impressive thing about this company is their unique approach towards the Clients. We were very good taken care of and we had a direct contact with the owner that immedietely reacted to our needs. Also, I recon their knowledge and experience is on a very high level.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
As of now we can't comply on anything serious besides very minor issues that always occur during such projects like slight delays but in general everything was fine.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pageart?
We needed someone to build a website for us.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Pageart built a WordPress website, and they customized it to meet our needs. We collaborated on content and design. They now provide maintenance and support.
The site provides good information about COVID-19 to our patrons, allows them to buy our tests, and provides information such as maps to other testing points. Patrons can also contact us and let us know when they want to visit.

Pageart was already onboarded when I joined the company.

We began working together around January 2021, and we continue to collaborate.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
After several iterations and collaboration regarding design and content, we’re quite happy with the website. Pageart has excellent technical skills and is quick to fix any mistakes. Above all, they take responsibility for their work.
How did Pageart perform from a project management perspective?
Sebastian is always available and responsive. We communicate via phone, video calls, and email. We also use Google Docs. Overall, the website has been completed in an acceptable timeframe, but they’ve missed most of our deadlines.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed that they’re always available at any time of the day. On top of that, Sebastian is easy to communicate with.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could improve their time management skills because we’ve experienced significant delays. They could also produce specific designs and concepts for their client rather than just producing general concepts.

Prior to contacting Pageart, have a clear concept of what you need. Additionally, have some design ideas.

Pageart received many favorable reviews among the companies cooperating with us. After submitting the offer, their financial conditions and work schedule met expectations, which eventually led to cooperation.

The project has been divided into several stages - concept, communication strategy, design, implementation of appropriate photographic materials, website construction and post-implementation support. I personally supervised the implementation of the project and closely cooperated with Pageart at every stage of the task. My role was mainly based on consultancy in creating a communication strategy. The contractor was responsible for coordinating the implementation of the communication strategy both in the form of architecture and content of the designed site.

3 representatives of Pageart and 2 people on behalf of our company were involved in the project implementation. The cooperation was very efficient from the beginning and we didn't notice any communication problems.

The new website has increased the number of incoming connections in the Sales Department, which resulted in an increase in sales from the first month of its operation. The right choice of content has increased the efficiency of advertising and reduced advertising budgets. In addition, we have received many favorable opinions from our regular business partners.

From start to finish, communication with Pageart was very good. From the first meeting, we were sure that we chose the right contractor because of the common language understood by both parties, as well as openness and understanding of our needs.

What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal was to provide a clean, specific idea of what we are doing, to our potential clients. We wanted our new website to be minimalistic, spacious and with easy-to-get information, that clients are looking for. Pageart is a well-known agency in our working environment, so we had a clear choice from almost a very beginning. Of course we made use of their portfolio to see whether they did anything that would meet our expectations.

First of all, PageArt has created website map and adjusted it according to UX rules. Based on their experience they suggested solutions, that would help our clients to navigate the website. They set all the forms, icons, buttons to be as optimal as possible. The "WOW" effect was on the way! They also set the whole analytics up, including heat and scrolls maps, user-path recordings, and events tracking (based on assumptions that we've provided).
When it comes to our new SEM strategy, agency has conducted comprehensive audit, including elements like: backlinks, deadlinks, keywords, technical mistakes, speed tests, traffic sources, anchors and many more. Based on that they managed to prepare professional long-term strategy that is being implemented.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
For sure we have refreshed our digital image. We are often being told, that our new website looks excellent and that was one of our goals to achieve. Also as we started to initiate some of the SEM strategy elements, we could see results almost immediatly. Well done guys!

We decided that working in 1 week sprints would be the most effective and it trully was. At the beginning of each week we have determined scope of work. After that, there was a time for retrospection and preparation of a new scope. That was very effective.

Knowledge. When we had some ideas that weren't too optimal to add to our website, we not only had a "no" for an answer, but a "no" with a detailed substantiation. It was amazing how easily they could explain some technical facts to non-technical people.

During the rebranding phase, we wanted to set up a modern looking and responsive Website for our company. Stepwise UX Team chose the Wordpress template and the design. After that Pageart gave us their recommendations for adjustments and suggested few updates. The transition to development was quite straight forward. We set up Slack channel for async communication and Pageart started their work. What was important, Pageart was very responsive. We also gave them lots of freedom. We did not have to engage our tech team to follow them. UX Designer and MArketing Manager were receiving their work. It was very easy going set up and quite efficient.

On Stepwise side: UX Designer - initial design and Q&A sessions when needed Marketing Manager - Product Owner that received their work
On Pageart side: Single Point of Contact - Senior Developer. We know that were more people engaged but it was transparent for us and also very convenient.
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Well, we are still measuring the results of their work. However, event if our Marketing did not meet their goals, it is mostly because of wrong assumptions on our side. What is more important for us is that from now on we can do the updates on our Websites very fast and easy and nobody from the tech team is needed. So we have a tool, not just the website. So the main goal is met and we are very happy with that.

As I previously explained, we had a very simple set up. On our side Marketing Manager acting as a Product Owner and a Single Point of Contact on Pageart side. Very straightforward and agile approach. We did not have special problems with that set up.

They were very responsive and paid attention to our remarks. They not only developed the website but also suggested improvements. Also pricing is very attractive.
