They have delivered what they said they would. the one thing I have not been extremely happy with is the rotating door of who I am dealing with. Fortunately I had a great last call with Pia. Pia has taken the time to explain why she's choosing to add certain keywords, and I believe it helps the process.

I couldn't say as I haven't dealt with other companies. this one does care I believe.

I don't know. as I said earlier I would have prefered to stick with one rep. though am happy with the current rep Pia. As others had just said the base information and didn't elaborate on what I could do to improve.
