Founded in 2026 by Dan Simms, with 30 years in technology leadership including CTO and CIO roles, we help leadership teams get from AI ambition to working capability. Most clients start with a half-day AI strategy workshop at a fixed, published price, or with Breathe, a discovery sprint of 5 to 10 days that ends in a costed, prioritised roadmap. Flow then builds one real, deployable capability in 4 to 8 weeks with governance designed in, and Grow provides fractional Chief AI Officer leadership one to three days a week.
We are paid by the client, and only by the client. We take no commission, referral fee or resale margin from any vendor, we have no implementation arm that needs feeding, and we are not tied to a single platform. So the answer can be a supplier we have no relationship with, the system you already own, or that this is not the year to start.
