Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the CEO for a Digital and IT Agency. Our services are IT Managed Services and Digital Agency that helps small and medium businesses meet there tech and online goals.

For what projects/services did your company hire Outsource To Asia LLC, and what were your goals?

As a Digital Agency I needed to outsource my work to keep up with demand. OTA has completed many jobs for me including logos, WP websites, Custom Websites, SAAS projects and brochures. I also have a few ongoing projects and OTA has basically became apart of the team.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found this vendor online and started with a small project to gauge their level of service and skill set. I was happy with the fast turnaround and frequent communication.

Usual OTA is given a the timeline and a sample site. After mock-up is given and approved another timeline is give me for project to become live.

On a custom website, we normally have 3 persons:

Account Manager
UI/UX developer
Graphic Designer

The deliverables are usually met and delivered on time.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

As we begin to engage more projects we moved to ClickUp to manage all communications.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their communication was open and direct. They were easily accessible.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

One improvement I can think of is OTA providing a storage server with all the clients designs and developments. This will assist Digital Agencies with always having client data available.
