Outboundwell runs done-for-you cold email outbound for B2B companies and bills per held qualified meeting, not per booked meeting. A no-show never bills.
What we do: ICP research and list building, sending infrastructure (domains, mailboxes, DNS and email authentication, warm-up), copywriting, sending, reply handling, and booking meetings onto your calendar.
How we are paid: $250 per held qualified meeting, meaning a decision-maker who matches the ICP agreed in writing at kickoff and who actually attended. At a 60% show rate, a $500 booked meeting costs about $830 per meeting that happens. With held-meeting billing there is no show-rate math to do.
What we do not charge: no retainer, no minimum meeting commitment, and no fee for our time. A one-time $750 setup covers everything up to a verified launch, including an inbox placement test before a single prospect is emailed. Sending infrastructure is passed through at cost from $249 a month and stops when sending stops.
What you can check: every booking appears in your client portal the day it is made, with the evidence attached, and you have three business days to dispute any entry. A disputed meeting is never billed. Every sending domain is registered to your brand and transfers to you free on request.
Who it suits: B2B companies whose deal size can carry $250 per meeting, selling to a market big enough to sustain outbound. If cold email is not a fit for your offer, we tell you on the first call.
