We really liked the project manager. He always had answers to all our questions. We often made changes in the early stages of the project, but the manager always listened to us and either made the changes or explained why they weren’t necessary and offered alternatives. Communication was frequent, the manager and the team were in touch with us on various technical and general matters.

What we liked most was that the team was constantly in touch, got the job done quickly, and not only made the changes we wanted but also provided reasons for the pros and cons of those changes. Since we are not IT specialists, some of our solutions might not have been convenient for our clients, and the project manager explained in detail the impact of our decisions.
