Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We needed to migrate from a local accounting application to another cloud based to integrate with the POS system we are using Foodics. Also, we wanted to health check our VAT entries for the last 2 years plus 80 months in 2024 and Ottor Accounting did it a timely manner.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Completed backlog accounting, resolved VAT issues, and set up corporate tax procedures. Ensured compliance and accurate financial records for the client. Successfully migrated Al Ameen accounting system to QuickBooks Online Plus and integrated Foodics POS with QBO.

Indeed, they managed to deliver in time and gave us guidelines to follow in the future regarding Corporate Tax. They made an Initial meeting over Zoom to collect data and send their quotation. Then, initiated several site visits to check the system, people, and documents. Than updated us on monthly basis on the progress until they closed the project.
