OTG Lab was engaged to design and develop a custom digital solution for a mid-sized logistics company specializing in last-mile delivery and on-demand courier services across Singapore. We faced operational inefficiencies due to a heavy reliance on manual coordination via WhatsApp and spreadsheets, which often resulted in miscommunication, duplicated efforts, and difficulty in scaling.

To address these challenges, OTG Lab delivered a fully integrated web and mobile application tailored to the company’s workflow. The platform included a centralized job management dashboard that allows operations staff to create, assign, and monitor delivery jobs in real-time. Field staff gained access to a mobile-friendly interface to view their assigned tasks, update job statuses, and upload proof of delivery, all while on the go.

In addition, OTG Lab implemented automation features such as auto-generated weekly reports and invoicing, role-based access control for different departments (Operations, Finance, Field Staff), and internal note-sharing capabilities to reduce dependency on external messaging tools.
