An online retailer partnered with OTAKOYI to overhaul their "My Orders" page and allow customers to edit their orders, file claims, and choose their preferred shipping method leading to a better UX.
Thanks to the OTAKOYI team, the number of support tickets related to order decreased by as much as 76%. The company's customers are happy with the convenience of the improvements. The entire project allowed the company to simultanously increase customer satisfaction and decrease costs.
