Our company hired OS Tech Hub to develop an ecommerce website. Our goal would have been to have a fully functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing website that effectively showcases your products and allows customers to easily make purchases. Additionally, the website should be optimized for search engines, have a secure payment gateway, and be able to handle a large number of users and transactions.

We searched online for web development agencies and found OSTechHub listed there.

we had a meeting with them, in which they guided us on how the flow of work. We used wordpress to make the website.

A developer was in contact with us as well as the sales guy which was the medium to get updates on the project. The project manager told us about all the changes needed to make

After launching site we saw increase in website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Additionally, feedback on the deliverables like the website's overall design, user-friendliness, and ease of use, as well as the functionality and performance of the website.

There weren't any big mishaps but the time management could be a little better

Our business is over 2 decades old but we didn't have any online presence or website. So we hire OS tech hub to develop a WordPress website for us from scratch so that we can showcase our business online and hoping to get online reach and customers.

We had a meeting with them. They suggested us the work flow and steps in order to get the desired need in time. They sent us a web design for our site really quickly. After we agreed on the design, they started the development. After some changes they delivered us the website with our content.

There was the sales guy who talked with us and gave us all the updates about the work. They had their project manager, managing all the work and we were in touch with their owner as well who was overseeing all the work.

After our website went live, it became really easy for the customers to contact us and had all the updates about our work. We saw a increase in our traffic and the users loved the ux of the website.

Our first experience with website professionals and we weren't disappointed at all. They guided us through really professionally. The contact between their team and us was superb.

There were a few bugs on the website when it was launched. But they were really quick to debug them and made our site live again.
