Our Story

 Oripio started with a simple frustration: design and development living in separate teams that never quite understood each other's tradeoffs, and founders paying the price for it. So we built one team that does both, for the same founder from day one, not handed off between agencies. Five years and 100+ shipped products later, most of our new work still comes from referrals — because staying senior and hands-on is what actually ships products, not the org chart.

We track it against what we agreed at kickoff: on-time delivery, whether the design converts or the app works as scoped, and whether you'd hire us again. Most of our new work comes from referrals and repeat clients, which is the metric that matters most to us.

We run a four-step process: a strategy meeting to map goals and users (days 1–3), wireframes and UI design in Figma with your sign-off before any code is written (week 1–2), development in React, Next.js, and Node.js with async updates every 48 hours (week 2–5), and launch with post-launch monitoring (week 5–6). You get one point of contact throughout, and communicate over Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp — whichever you already use.

A fixed-price Launch project (landing page or small MVP) ships in 10 to 14 days. The Dedicated Team plan is continuous, with updates every 48 hours and progress shared weekly. Larger custom builds get a milestone-based timeline in the quote. Timelines assume feedback comes back within a couple of business days.
