Origin Studios is a venture studio working with founders and established companies across Europe and the US. We build new businesses from idea to customers: market validation, product discovery, MVP development, and go-to-market.
We work in three ways:
Our own ventures. We build and run software products in-house. Current portfolio: FounderSpace, FounderScout, FirstUsers, UserCompass and BrandScan.
Co-building with founders. We partner with founders at the earliest stage and share the work of getting a business off the ground: research, product strategy, development, go-to-market and the first sales.
New business lines for companies. We help SMBs and IT services firms launch new offers next to their core business, starting with productized services and moving toward SaaS products when the market proves it.
Our team combines business strategy, product management, software engineering, AI and marketing, so one partner covers what usually takes three or four vendors. AI automation is part of most of what we build, both in the products and in how the businesses behind them operate.
Origin Studios was founded by Radu Cristian Benga, who co-led Zipper Studios from 3 to 25 people through its acquisition by Fortech. Across the team: 6 businesses built, $10M+ in revenue generated, 100+ tech products shipped and 15+ years of building companies.
If you're a founder with an idea you want to test or a company that wants a new revenue line without hiring a new team for it, we'd like to talk.
