A key aspect of the project was the implementation of a multi-level user support system, providing different levels of access based on user roles—members, instructors, and administrators. This structure enables efficient management of training programs, communication, and progress tracking, ensuring that every user receives the right level of support and engagement.

The platform also features a dedicated communication space, allowing users to interact directly with Crosswim instructors and support staff. This feature enhances engagement by providing a streamlined way for members to ask questions, receive guidance, and stay connected with their training progress.

One of the standout components is the custom-built Learning Management System (LMS). After launching, we just had Neurond Assistant for internal uses. Thankfully, it received a lot of love from Neurond employees, with over 95% of satisfaction. It’s said to be easy to navigate and intuitive to use, which made it a favorite among the team.

We’re also promoting Neurond Assistant for commercial purposes and are currently customizing it for a few business clients who have a 500-employee scale.
