We engaged OrFactor to design, develop, and deploy a full logistics management platform for Bifle, aimed at connecting shippers with truck drivers across Ethiopia. The project included mobile apps (Android), a web-based admin dashboard, and backend infrastructure to manage real-time operations.

The scope covered the full development cycle:

Requirements gathering and system design
UI/UX design for all user roles (shipper, driver, admin)
