I am the sales manager of Warehousing Express Logistics Pvt. Ltd. It is a leading warehousing and third party logistics company offering shared, dedicated warehouse for rent, logistics services, distribution & transportation services across India.

We were looking for a professional company who can handle our digital marketing project (Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization and Pay Per Click) and increases our ROI.

Our main objective was to increase ROI by means of generating leads & sales and keywords to show in Google top page.

My team researched a few vendors online and based on the proposal , their work, package, and discussion. We selected Ordius for our digital marketing project.

Once our project is finalized, they connect us directly to the team for better communication and understanding. With every update of work, they send us a message on Whatsapp and mail. And on every Friday, we receive the progress report and at the end of every month, we receive the complete work report including all ranking keywords, analytics, PPC, SMO report.

What was the team composition?

I am not much aware of this. They have a team of 10-12 peoples in digital marketing, all have their different roles and responsibilities.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since from the beginning of their work, they suggested some improvements for my website then the team started working on it. And at the end of the 1st month, only I started seeing a significant change in traffic on my website. Keywords started ranking. However, we have assigned 100+ keywords in which 40+ keywords are on the first page within 3-month results. I am completely satisfied with their hard work. Also, my PPC campaign is running well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very smooth what is recommended from their side we followed as well as what we suggested they understand them too. In his way, we got a successful result.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their quick responses and the dedication of their team members towards work stands out. They helped in all doubtful situations and always suggested me something good.

Are there any areas for improvement?

PPC needs some more improvement. Rest everything is fine.
