After a discovery workshop with my team, Orchid created a “brand compass” presentation that captured our business purpose, positioning, personality, values and brand essence. This summarised everything we had covered and provided the direction we needed to bring our brand to life across all touchpoints.

From here, the team presented brand identity options that brought to life the brand proposition they were proposing. This included suggested logos, typeface, colour palette and visual brand elements all mocked up across a variety of touch points which really helped us visualise how our new identity would work. Once we’d selected our preferred route, they created and shared an incredibly useful brand guidelines document to share both internally and externally.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It’s still early days, but the immediate outcome was the impact it had on our team. With our whole team being involved in the process, it meant they all understood and felt a part of the new identity.

On a practical level, the brand guidelines have provided a structured reference point for our team and external suppliers when applying the brand to documents, social media posts, email signatures etc. and means I can spend more time doing my job and less time worrying about how our brand is being brought to life across all touchpoints.
