To gauge the success of the project, we measure progress by comparing Google Analytics data from before and after the site redesign. Additionally, we will track the number of clients using the website to schedule meetings or subscribe to our content.

The website launch proceeded seamlessly, with every aspect of the rollout carefully executed according to plan. The transition was efficient and hassle-free, ensuring that all features functioned as intended from the outset.

We needed to take an ancient website, with multiple regional sites, and combine them into one global site, on a new platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We needed the site to be everything you want it to be: user-friendly, with a great site structure, clean design, responsive, meet accessibility requirements, have clear and intuitive navigation, optimized for SEO, secure... etc.

Our PM, KRISTA, is incredible. We have weekly meetings that are kept on track with an agenda and meeting notes that are easily accessible. She kept us informed on hours/budget. She is very responsive over email.

They are experts in what they do. They listen. They take feedback well. If we ever wanted to do something that didn't fit best practices, they told us and suggested a (better) way. I can't say enough good things about Orbit!

RFP from multiple vendors. Had known of Orbit's work through a previous employer which made me more comfortable with their process, professionalism, and quality of work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Beautifully designed website with the templates created to keep content fresh very easily. Set up analytics to track over time.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Project manager (Jay) was great. They were very professional and patient with us. He displayed an outstanding knowledge of the process and helped us understand many of the reasons for their design and content choices.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Jay always had a positive attitude that helped push us through the finish line even when there were some delays on our end.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not that I can think of off the top of my head.
