Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the owner of Electrooutlet, a company where we sell household appliances with shops on the street. We have the advantage against our competitors that we sell in installments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orbit, and what were your goals?

To develop an ecommerce for our business.

How did you select Orbit and what were the deciding factors?

I did an exhaustive search on the internet and came across your website. After having meetings with many similar agencies, I decided on them because of their professionalism, their portfolio and the kindness of the people who attended me.

We had a design made by one of our designers. We hired Orbit people to carry out the ecommerce following that design, which they fulfilled perfectly.

In a first stage, the greatest difficulties of the project were relieved, where we found that the large amount of traffic was going to be the biggest problem. Then Orbit proposed the solutions to comprehensively develop everything and after a series of meetings and demonstrations we were able to reach the final product.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

It's not clear to me how many people worked in the development stage, but what I can say is that in the analysis stage, two people from the Orbit team were in contact with us almost every day. Also at the end, an Orbit person was in charge of the final check of the system, and today they provide us with maintenance with an employee

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

20 days after starting the Orbit project, he presented us with his functional analysis (which they called SRS). It took about 10 days between trips to get it finished (during this process it was modified many times). Once finished, we made a weekly video call where they showed us progress and we had a calendar where deliveries of certain functionalities were made.

At first we communicate with a sales staff. Then, once the contracts were signed, a team leader was appointed to work on our project, who communicated with video calls, by email and by phone. We had a communication channel where they showed us the progress of tasks called Trello, where every time we made video calls, they showed us the progress. For video calls we used Google Hangouts.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team was very professional and the cost and benefit ratio was excellent.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Yes, there always are, the aesthetics are very good, but not perfectly equal to the design we provided.

I'm a manager at a Transportation company, which has around 100 buses and 300 employees. We work in a big city and we have a good reputation.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orbit?

Fast bus hired Orbit in order to develop an app which gives passengers the buses schedules, so they can manage their time to have an easier access. The project was about 6 months so the result was complete.

What were your goals for this project?

Our principal goal was reaching more passengers in a small, efective and fast app, so in this way we look like a modern and emphatic company who cares about people's time.

How did you select Orbit?

Our marketing team looked for many companies which have a good reputation and most of all, proved experience. Orbit offered us a complete organization and commitment. They leaded us to an idea that can close us to people by using technology.

Describe the project in detail.

We started giving so many proposals so Orbit knew the kind of company we were and what we were looking for. One week later ther gave us examples of apps, we choose three to advance.

Orbit created the first version and from there we realised how professional they were. We picked one which convinced us the most and we made a focus group to know how simple was for the group to get the app.

What was the team composition?

The marketing team and me worked with the project manager at the same time.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In the 3 weeks we took to make the system prove to encourage the facility of the app, it was made with 20 people. Then we launched the app for android and apple, and at the end of the month we got more tham 10 000 users.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was very functional, it had worked very well and it was friendly with users, we made a great group of people and this can be reflected on the results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The team was nice enough to assist and create an easier way to something that seems difficult. Considering we have as passengers adults and teenagers, botth of them were really satisfied with results, and of course, us too.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The time was really nice but if it culd be less it culd result great, but it's a plus, we feel reaaly satisfied of how it was worked.

I am the CEO of OneTraiiner, a startup based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, that provides digital training videos to users through our website, with high emphasis in the community aspect.

For what projects/services did your company hire Orbit, and what were your goals?

We hired Orbit for the development of the Website. Our team thought every part of it and designed it, made the user-flows, etc., and Orbit translated all that into code.

How did you select Orbit and what were the deciding factors?

We searched online for IT companies, send via email our project and wait for answers. Based on their responses we decided to move on with some of them (about 3), and meet. We chose Orbit mainly for two factors: their portfolio, and the price-quality relation they promised.

After choosing to work with Orbit, we have some meetings of discovery. These process was fast, mainly because our team did a great job documenting every aspect of the Website, but also because the Orbit team immediately understood the project and our expectations (we pay attention to details...). So, in a word, Orbit work was to code.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since we launch the Website 1 week ago, we still don´t have good metrics. But we can say that traffic and (for now) engagement is well above expectations.

We communicated via email and Google Meet. We also had access to Trello panels for us to see development took place in real time. Also, we could get to know the developers and have easy ways of communicating, even creating tasks for them directly on Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Impressive: I would say price-quality relation. The team consists of likable-professional people that get things done.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could have done more testing before giving us the advances.
