I’m an executive at Zinc Skin, a doctor-led aesthetic clinic specializing in natural-looking skin rejuvenation, injectables, and personalized treatments that enhance long-term skin health.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Optify?

We needed to create a professional website that would accurately reflect our brand, showcase our treatments, support consultation bookings, and provide a strong foundation for future online product sales. Our goal was to create a premium online presence that would build trust with potential patients and help grow the clinic.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Optify managed the full design and development of our Shopify website, including branding implementation, service presentation, consultation booking functionality, UX optimization, and preparation for future e-commerce growth. The team handled the project end-to-end, including website strategy, English copywriting, graphic design, UI/UX design, and development. Optify also connected us with a professional photographer and worked in close collaboration with them to create a seamless visual identity and premium UX across the website.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

One of the biggest outcomes was having a premium professional website that matches the high standard of care we provide in the clinic. The site has improved how we present our services, increased confidence among prospective patients, simplified the consultation journey, and established a scalable platform for future growth, including e-commerce and marketing activities.

Since launching the new website, we’ve already secured several online consultation bookings and sold gift cards directly through the platform. While it’s still early in the clinic's growth journey, these results have validated the website's functionality and its ability to support revenue-generating activities from day one.
