• Track User Behavior: Cloud Firestore logs user actions (page views, searches, clicks, etc.).
• Make Suggestions & Auto-Implement Suggestions: Vertex AI builds and deploys machine learning models for recommendations.
• Providing Analytics: BigQuery is used for data warehousing and analysis.
• Customer Care & Support Care: Tools like Dialogflow CX are used for building customer support chatbots.

These are the tools we need to become a fully AI e-commerce company.
