Over a two week period, they worked daily on a dual scope tailored to the Healthcare IT industry. For SEO, they performed deep keyword research specifically targeting value-based care and population health management terms to improve our search visibility, while setting up traffic monitoring frameworks. 

For IT Managed Services, they provided daily remote monitoring of our computer systems, resolving active software problems, optimizing network connections, and delivering live online IT help desk support for our staff.
