I’m the managing director of a web development and design agency using Webflow.

What challenge were you trying to address with Online Marketing Surgery?

We wanted to know how to perform an outreach and marketing campaign for one of our lead generation ideas.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They consulted with us in coming up with a plan to approach clients and target our vertical, as well as get feedback on our landing pages and marketing collateral. They initially did some discovery on a call with us, and the deliverable was to get actionable points from them on what we need to do to improve our process.

What is the team composition?

We just worked with the managing director.

How did you come to work with Online Marketing Surgery?

I met them during a networking group, and I really hit it off with the managing director. From there, we had a couple of one-to-ones and when the topic came up that I needed some help, they were happy to help me out.

We invested about £700 GBP (approximately $975 USD).

They gave us valuable points in an email that we could use to apply to our landing page and collaterals.

They performed very well. They took the entire process into their hands and I didn’t have to get involved at all. We typically communicated through WhatsApp and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were impressed with their honesty. They ripped us apart and told us where we needed to improve.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, they didn’t have to improve on anything.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to just be really upfront with where you are and they’ll be really honest in return.
