My company rented a website from Online Business Consulting LLC, who created the site and ran it. They also provided on-site SEO.

A friend of mine had worked with them, and he referred me to Emmanuel.

How much have you invested with them?

My company spent $1,500 each month.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our work together began in 2016, and it just ended in July 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Although we hoped to get more calls for bigger cases, most of the calls that we got were for recalling out-of-state warrants. Their services didn’t generate the business that I expected.

How did Online Business Consulting LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

I continued working with Online Business Consulting LLC because I thought their services would get better. We communicated strictly via email. When I had an issue, Emmanuel emailed me back quickly. Otherwise, we weren’t in contact very often.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could’ve communicated better and provided more guidance about what to do on my website to generate leads, such as blogging and content creation. I’ve talked to others in my field who were generating more leads managing their own websites.  

Any advice for potential customers?

You should think about how much you want to spend and the services that you’re receiving.

We never did SEO for this client website. He rented our already ranked website services, which are rented on an as-it-is basis. We had good communication with this client, laying out what to expect from day one. 

The challenge is that this client wanted to get a 2000% ROI when we made it clear that he should expect to get between 200% and 400%. The client on various occasions confirmed that he averaged 200% to 300% ROI monthly. And, in some months, he doubled his ROI.

All calls and emails from the site were recorded live, and the client averaged between 15–25 calls a month (Some months he would get over 30 calls. The call tracking even let him know which calls are repeat calls and new callers). So, we can listen to calls to confirm the type of cases. About 85% are calls of people looking for criminal lawyers. And more than 50% are callers looking for help with high ticket theft crimes, drug crimes, TRO defense, and sex crimes.

The client received call reports once he got off the phone with clients. These were weekly and monthly recorded call reports, which he could listen to verify that the leads weren't marketers.

We wish him the best since what we had couldn't meet his expectation unless he paid more for additional services.
