We searched online for web developers and shortlisted 5. After interviewing them, we chose this vendor based on their past projects, design skills, and cost estimate.

We had a kick-off meeting to discuss our goals and objectives. From there, the team delivered mock-ups and wireframes for our site, which we ran by management to approve. After a few iterations, their team designed and developed the new Shopify site, incorporating a contact form and payment processing feature.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There were also 2 backend developers and a designer working behind the scenes.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After launching our site, we saw a 70% increase in traffic, and our sales doubled month over month. Customers love the updated design. The product pages are easier to navigate, and users can now pay by credit card.

We had daily stand-ups with their project manager, who communicated with the rest of the team. If there were any delays, they let us know ahead of time so that we could prepare. We used Slack, Jira, and GitHub to coordinate, and they worked well with our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a lot of experience building robust e-commerce websites. Their team was patient enough to teach us about the best ways to use Shopify, and they were responsive to our needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We had some communication issues in the beginning because we were in different time zones. But they quickly adapted to our schedule, organizing our stand-ups during our mornings and their evenings.

Our clients have multiple campaigns a year. Each campaign has multiple eblast. once the e-marketing pieces are designed, i send the web ready files along with links to be programmed.

Each campaign i have worked on with Oneonic has been smoothly executed. They are timely and communicate along the way.

I was very impressed at the speed they can complete projects. very efficient.
