I actually worked with One ICT a couple years ago to help me get started with my small business. Since then, I tried contacting other companies for technical support and help me update my website but no one was able to give me the same level of service and support the way One ICT always has. They are also super compassionate and patient with me and try to accommodate all the changes I throw their way. Always a pleasure working with them!

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The speed with which they work always amazes me. They just know exactly what I am looking for before I even say it. 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

In case of project management, they like to use something called Trello which personally I was not aware of but once again the One ICT team was very patient with me and and guided me through using Trello. Eventually it became an amazing way to track their progress which I just loved because i didnt need to constantly message them for updates. It was like they were working right in front of my eyes.

Their team morale is lively and uplifting and they made communication so easy. It just felt like they truly cared about the project which is honestly very reassuring as a business owner because it shows that im investing in the right people to make my vision come to life

I honestly have no complaints about them and their service.
