I worked at my company for last 2 years. Now I want to earn money from eCommerce business so I decided to hire someone who is specialist on this field.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

My friend recommend I hire OMT Lahore to make an eCommerce website. Because OMT made custom, responsive, google and mobile-friendly website.

After a series of discovery meetings, they share with us 3 home page designs. After choosing one of them they tell us about the theme, and plug-in which they are gonna use on my website like woo commerce, dokan and yoast to rank on Google. And also tell us that they will make my website google and mobile-friendly.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

In total, we worked with 2 people the CEO of OMT and also a web developer who is a specialist in his work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I share my website with some other developers to check it and everyone likes it. Because it's new so I don't have enough data to share with you but some traffic is coming from different resources.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The owner of OMT is a very friendly person. He helped us every time when we need.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

OMT specializes in his work. The team is very friendly. We get what we want.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

See no one is fully perfect. But we are completely satisfied. We just got what we want.
