I’m the executive director of a company that connects businesses with government entities, providing opportunities and removing structural barriers to empower business growth and collaboration.

What challenge were you trying to address with OMNIWELL?

We had a last-minute issue with our registration and check-in tool that was broken about 1–2 days before a 700-person conference.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

OMNIWELL helped us set up our registration system in a very short turnaround time. They were responsible for assisting us with setting up the registration and check-in system. The team also assisted us with the GoHighLevel backend. Specifically, they helped us build the form, automate the emails that people saw after registering, and ensured all our organization's data was collected from the right place and went into the right place.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The registration worked without issues. We had 700 registrants, which was a bigger number than the previous year.

How did OMNIWELL perform from a project management standpoint?

OMNIWELL's project management was excellent. We mainly communicated through virtual meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

OMNIWELL's ability to assist us within a very tight timeframe was impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I didn't think there was anything they could improve on.
