Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had to go through the design and discovery phase to specify the requirements first. Then we created UX/UI design and developed the backend using PHP, and mobile apps for iOS and Android using native technology stack for these platforms.

The key deliverables were: prduct vision and requirements document, low fidelity wireframes, complete UX/UI design, the back-end code base and the mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The MVP of the product was launched for university communities of the schools located in 2 different countries. The application created a connection between a pair of students in different countries in order to aid in quitting smoking.

Although the MVP was pretty successful and had good reviews, it was eventually decided by client not to proceed with the full-scale software product based on this MVP.

The aplication had 3000+ installs and average review had around 4 stars.

We had weekly standups and progress demos. The project was tracked using JIRA, and it was very transparent.

The team did a good job specifying the requirements first, and they were pretty agile in accepting and incorporating change requests.

The project was developed on time and on budget.

We were impressed with their communication, work culture, and willingness to go the extra mile. All that at a very affordable rate compared to the local development agencies.
