    We have small, specialized teams working across 1-3 clients at one time. The people you meet in an introduction call are the core team you'll work with throughout the engagement.

    We build out project plans to meet end deliverables, from there we will run standups with the project team multiple times a week and leadership calls at the end of the week. We discuss tradeoffs and allow customers along the way to keep with the mapped approach or pivot based on new insights gleaned from our deep research and strategy sessions. The client is always in the drivers seat to ensure highest results and impact come from every single engagement.

    We measure success by identifying what success means to the client prior to kickoff and defining measurable metrics for that success. We are outcomes based, and ensure that every single project has high measurable impact on the business and the client leaders we serve. Typically those metrics will include measurable customer satisfaction scores, NPS, reduction in development cycles, efficiency gains, earned revenue from products launching to market, and customer reach.

    Every new client starts with a fixed scope 30 day engagement where we tackle the most important problem and deliver a single high impact outcome. At the end of that first month, we identify the next most valuable work together, building momentum through a series of focused, outcomes driven phases. We do our best work on complex, strategic initiatives where there is clear opportunity to grow the business and improve the experience for patients, members, and clinicians. We are especially energized by enterprise and system level programs across health systems, payers, Medicare organizations, startups, healthtech, medtech, and life sciences, where we can redesign journeys and workflows across an entire slice of the organization. We specialize in working with large, complex data sets and turning them into clear, role based workflows that feel seamless for clinicians, staff, and members, combining research, journey mapping, UX strategy, design systems, and product development to bring innovative healthcare products and platforms to market.

    We kick off with a brief onboarding to align on scope, success metrics, and access, then run a project team kickoff to confirm goals and roles, review the project plan, and immediately begin the first phase of work.
