I hired OGS to perform a Quality of Earnings analysis on an accounting firm I was buying. They did a very thorough analysis that focused on all aspects of the business. Revenues expenses and timing of all. They followed up perfect with myself and the sellers to keep the momentum going and get answers to key questions. I liked the communication before and during the engagement.
