We needed to rebrand our business, together with redesigning our website, also creating it to be able for online orders from all around Bulgaria, not just Sofia!

Everything was as good as expected. We had some revisions and all went smooth as it should I think.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

At first going to call with two young people, since im a 69 years old it seemed strange yet refreshing, going to work with young people who get technology more than I do. They were patient enough to explain everything to me so simple that i actually understood something! Haha!

Offload Studio provides us with daily ongoing support for our tire e-commerce store. Petros handles everything with our wordpress site and ensures the site works properly and remains up to date. We also run weekly SEO checkings, we continuously updated the site day by day. Customer retention plays a big role and so having experience design when we need it for AB testing or interface changes from Dimitris is something valuable to us.
