We needed strong iOS and Android developers to expand our mobile development team

How did you select this agency and what were the deciding factors?

I found OCTY at clutch, contacted online and choose them because of good partner's rates

They provided iOS and Android developers to augment our team. While we handled the frontend and backend development, they were developing mobile apps.

Describe the recruitment process in detail.

On first meeting we discussed organization, partnerships terms and working process. The next step was the developer's technical interview. Developers passed the interview, and we started the onboarding process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

As we handle only web frontend and backend development with their help, we successfully developed both apps for our client.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The entire team worked remotely. WhatsApp was used for communication. Tasks were set in Jira. In general, performance of the team was very high, so I was pleased.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They augmented very experienced developers for a cost-effective price.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Once I had to replace the developer due to his illness with another developer for three days, as a result of which performance dropped, but as soon as he returned everything was well.
