The number of leads began to grow from the second month, and as a result, the increase in the number of leads was 273%.

A good project manager who always helps to solve any problem. Every month we had status meetings where we analyzed, discussed, and modified our campaigns. They are really very helpful and patient with our requests.

The strategy was personalized in terms of what they thought could get the best results for each of these terms that we wanted to rank for.

They’ve successfully boosted our rankings on Google; the average search result across our tracked keywords right now is on the second page, whereas they were on the seventh or eighth page before Octopus Agency came on. We were nowhere to be found before, and since they started, we’ve seen gains. 

The lead flow and the uptick in the SERP are the two things that I measure. They’re making a difference and are committed to the partnership. They’re always good about the ancillary things, like being responsive and on time for meetings.

The nice thing about Octopus is that they have everything in a tool called Worksection, which I can log into. I can see the rankings and monthly reports. Pavlo puts together monthly reports that he uploads to the Worksection, and we review those collaboratively and go through the progress that was made. We also have weekly calls to chat about any strategy direction, changes we want to make, etc. The project management is really what has set them apart in my eyes.

In the contract, they said they would analyze three, but they analyzed eight in total.

They continue to analyze site performance and give us new information on our competitors. Each report shows what keywords our competitors target, how they rank, how we rank, and what we can do to knock them out of their seats.

We consistently saw an improvement month after month. We started ranking higher for those keywords and moved from the 5-7 pages to the first page of Google. We've also increased traffic to our website. I am thankful that they took the time to show us their process, it's really an added value they have given me. The whole process was very transparent. We discussed the keywords in great detail, and nothing was too much for them.

It was excellent. The operations manager looks after us and we have a monthly meeting. In each meeting, we discuss all the results and what could be done to take it to the next level. Obviously, SEO is something that fluctuates because competitors are also making an effort, so every month we have different agenda topics that we need to cover. We also go through what I have to work on, including the text I write so we have new content for the website.

It is an excellent process. They're totally transparent, and I don’t feel like they're holding back. They are very collaborative which makes me feel secure and I feel that are looking after our account very well.
