SLEX and Slavi Wallet are integrated products offering both custodial and non-custodial services. To support the growth and success of SLEX Exchange and Slavi Wallet, our primary focus was on designing and executing customer acquisition campaigns, building effective sales funnels, optimizing product packaging, and providing strategic recommendations in collaboration with the product manager.

Key areas of work included:

• Launching and managing customer acquisition campaigns
• Converting acquired users into paying customers through targeted initiatives
• Structuring product offerings for effective marketing and sales
• Creating and optimizing marketing funnels to improve conversion and retention
• This work was aimed at driving user growth, increasing product adoption, and enhancing the overall customer journey across the SLEX ecosystem.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Together with Inna, we executed a comprehensive marketing and product growth strategy for SLEX Exchange, targeting user acquisition, engagement, and retention through performance marketing, SEO, SMM, product enhancements, and cross-platform campaigns. The collaboration included full-cycle execution — from strategy to implementation and performance tracking — across several domains of exchange development.
Key Deliverables and Achievements:

SEO Strategy Overhaul
Reorganized and optimized SEO infrastructure, resulting in a 10x increase in unique visits and search engine visibility.

NFT Marketing Campaigns
Led a large-scale NFT claim and sale campaign, successfully distributing and selling over 100,000 NFTs through SLEX’s dedicated platform.

Exchange & Token Listings
Facilitated listings of the SLEX token on major aggregators including CoinMarketCap, CoinGecko, and Coincall, enhancing visibility and credibility.

SMM & Performance Ads
Transformed SMM efforts from general posting to conversion-focused content with clear call-to-action (CTA) messaging. Launched high-performing ad banners and collaborated with crypto influencers for traffic amplification.

Referral Campaigns for Wallet Product
Executed a referral-based Reward Campaign within the Slavi Crypto Wallet ecosystem, acquiring over 50,000 users through incentivized sharing mechanisms.

Vote2Listing Cross-Marketing Campaign
Designed and deployed a cross-marketing initiative (Vote2Listing), reaching over 1,000,000 users via strategic alliances with top DeFi protocols, influencers, and participation from artists such as Lil Pump, who promoted his own token through this campaign.

Crypto Blog Launch
Created a content-rich Crypto Blog to improve SEO rankings and drive educational traffic toward conversion funnels.

Product Design: Auto-Invest Strategies
Co-developed an in-app product for DCA (Dollar-Cost Averaging), DVA (Dynamic Value Averaging), and Indexing Strategies, aimed at simplifying crypto investment for new users.

Reward Hub Product & Funnel Integration
Built the Reward Hub product — a gamified loyalty and engagement system — and integrated it into the broader marketing funnels for lifecycle-based user retention and rewards distribution.

Project management was handled at a high and professional level, fully aligned with Agile Manifesto principles. A clear and efficient workflow was established in Jira, including task tracking and performance evaluation.

All deliverables were completed on time and communicated in a transparent, organized manner.

They were highly responsive to our needs and maintained excellent collaboration with the team throughout the entire process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found most impressive and unique about this company was their meticulous and highly professional approach to marketing and promotion. The team operates with remarkable efficiency — they’re often available nearly 24/7 and deliver results incredibly fast, whether it’s launching ad campaigns, creating landing pages, or responding to new tasks. You don’t need to constantly follow up or micromanage — you can fully trust Inna and her colleagues to execute everything as promised.

What truly stood out was that, beyond simply completing assigned tasks, the team often proposes optimizations to the product itself — suggesting changes that can increase profit margins or reduce payroll costs. This level of strategic input is rare and incredibly valuable.

Their work is comprehensive, their commitment is real, and the effectiveness of their support is irreplaceable — all backed by tangible results.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Octogamma could have done differently?

One area to be aware of is the strong drive and proactive push from the Octogamma team when it comes to task execution. This is more of a note for the client, you have to be prepared to provide a lot of input and information. In our experience, there were times when we couldn’t deliver the necessary details on time (for example, when a specific budget hadn't been approved yet), which led to some delays. So it’s important to be ready to match their fast-paced workflow with timely decisions and clarity on your end.
