I have worked as the Manager of two different companies Digital Performance departments.

For what projects/services did your company hire Obsidian Digital A/S, and what were your goals?

Throughout several years I have had the pleasure to work with Obsidian Digital as they have been consulting on Digital Marketing in some of the companies I have worked it. I have both experienced Obsidian Digital be responsible for execution but also consult on the more high-level initiatives. In the companies I have worked in Obsidian have helped with both brand goals and performance goals.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We choose Obsidian Digital because they had already showcased their expertise, because they are very pragmatic and is willing to go the extra mile for us.

It is an ongoing collaboration. Obsidian assist us with an external view on how they think we should develop our digital marketing strategy. It is good with an external partner that dares to be critical so we can find the best possible direction and solutions. Obsidian also help with some hands-on execution and is thereby in close contact with us - on a day-to-day basis.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I cannot share specific results. But we are very happy about the collaboration and how Obsidian understand our business goals - and the underlining commercial part.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have daily mail dialogue and bi-weekly meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their drive and eagerness to deliver good results are outstanding! We don't feel like just another customer.

I'm the online marketing manager for an e-commerce brand that sells hand-made jewellery exclusively online.

We needed to kick-off our Facebook and Instagram ads. I tried getting started on my own as I do have a bit of experience, but quickly I felt like I needed expert guidance.

I know Obsidian to be one of the best Danish marketing agencies so I reached out, told about our business and our challenges. They were quick to respond with a plan of action so it was a no-brainer.

Our allocated social ads superstar helped us get a good start to our social media ads. The consultant was highly skilled but still had the patience to walk us through every step of the proces.

We started getting traction from day 1 and have been using the setup with great results ever since.

Very fast communcation via email, even in the later hours of the day.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The dedication of this Danish marketing agency is impressive to me. I've been in online marketing for almost 10 years so I've tried a few agencies, but Obsidian Digital A/S is definitely on the next level.
