I'm the owner and director of a Travel Agency, located in Croatia. The company operates in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia – Herzegovina and Montenegro. Our goal is to help our clients to have the best vacation of their lifes.

What challenge were you trying to address with the vendor?

We had the design, logo, and visual identity, but needed some competent professionals to put it together as a functional website where we can present our work and promote beautiful cities, places and locations in Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia – Herzegovina and Montenegro. Website should be main place for our customers to find all relevant information and should generate leads for agency.

What was the scope of their involvement? 

We had an interview where I explained our company needs and our public. They mentioned solutions and presented an implementation plan. We needed a functional website that we can easily maintain and easily add content in a future. With technologies like WordPress, Divi builder we achieve great platform for our agency to present our offers, present our tours, and give a tips for travelers on our blog

What is the team composition? 

We had a project manager and a full stack of developers at our disposal, any time of the day if we had any questions or problems.

How did you come to work with the vendor?

We had an interview, and I liked their technical solution and approach to the project. They had clear vision from technical perspective, to the business value that this website is representing for us.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching the website we started to receive requests from clients. And their feedback was really positive about the functionality and usability of the website. Until now we had more than 85.000 website users and most of this visits were result of good SEO optimization

How did the vendor perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication with the project manager was great and he was available all the time for our questions. 
We had active communication over mail, skype, phone. For timelines, we used Assana because we are using this tool inside the agency.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They gave us expertise with WordPress and Divi platform and help us to create a great website that crucial asset for our agency. Communication with the project manager was fast and his expertise was helping us to successfully finish this project. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

We were in constant communication with the project manager and we correct all the minor problems during the project. So after we finish this project we didn’t experienced any problem.

We needed help in designing a personal site. We needed something quick, so we hired OBC to provide the solution for us.

What was the scope of their involvement?

OBC handled website design, for both front- and backend using Sigma. The designs needed to work on multiple sites, including our blog, official website, and internal website for employees. We also have a couple of projects planned for the future, so we wanted one design that we could incorporate in several places.

There was only one person involved.

How did you come to work with OBC?

We did a project together for a client in Croatia. They contacted me after that.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $5,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We just based everything on their performance, but we didn’t have any metrics.

How did OBC perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through emails and a Slack channel was provided to us. We scheduled meetings whenever we needed them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We found their speed impressive. If we needed a new page or had a new idea, they delivered in a couple of days.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide OBC with as much detailed information as you can. That way, their work will be better.

I am the co-owner and CEO of a recruitment solutions company.

We hired OBC to redevelop our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The team is rebuilding our website using HTML and CSS, and their main goal is to make it intuitive and modern. We want our platform to load quickly and have improved content and images. Above all, they clean the code of our site, so we can continue to maintain and update our site permanently. 

What is the team composition?

I’ve been in contact directly with one of the co-owners of the company.

How did you come to work with OBC?

OBC was very straightforward, and they didn’t oversell anything. They were also great at providing a clear roadmap of the project. On top of that, they seemed quite efficient and provided a fair deal financially. As a result, we chose to work with their team. 

How much have you invested in them?

We’ve spent $6,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working on this project in May 2021, and our collaboration is still in progress.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project is still in beta version so it hasn’t been launched yet. We’re still checking into the site’s small details, but we’re set to finish the project in a month.

How did OBC  perform from a project management standpoint?

The team has been very flexible and has had great availability. We’ve used Asana, and we communicate constantly on Google Suite and WhatsApp. Overall, our communication is simple and we have occasional meetings. They also submit progress reports.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very easy to work with, and they don’t overcomplicate things. Most of all, OBC delivers what they promise in a timely manner.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any complaints so far.
