They have a pretty clear process:

We added scope to the project which delayed the overall time, but once the design was approved the dev work went pretty fast. They managed our changes in budget until our directors got involved and changed the scope a bit too much from what was intially agreed.

They could tell us more about how they do what they do. It seems like a different language to me when they explain the work they do. "Query the database" doesnt compute with me.
